About the information we collect online:
We do not sell or rent your information to any outside parties. Our service delivery partners, including your construction contractor, have access to your personal and project information in order to facilitate delivery of CEW services to you. We report personal and project information to our stakeholders, including without limitation, the CEW Board of Directors, the City of Portland, the United States Department of Energy, participating local governments, the Energy Trust Board of Directors, the Oregon Public Utility Commission, Oregon Department of Energy and/or the Oregon Legislature. If you are a CEW program participant (including at least submission of a program application), we may feature your participation in on-line and published media, including identification of your personal and project information. We may also share personal and/or project information with trusted partners who we believe have products or services that would be of interest to you and would provide the same high level of service that you expect from CEW.
We may track, collect and analyze anonymous site traffic information in aggregate, such as statistics of which areas within our website our users visit. When you visit the CEW website, our server may also collect your Internet domain and IP address. We use this information as anonymous aggregate data that helps us develop and monitor our performance and track trends and statistics to improve your site experience.
